West Coast Meats is a family owned Meat Processing facility, operated by Ross Waddell and daughters, where we process Beef, Lamb, Mutton and Goat.
Ross has been in the meat and livestock industry for over 50 years, with Ross personally sourcing livestock directly from farmers, markets and wholesalers.
West Coast Meats was established in 2014 with Ross purchasing the company in 2017 and expanding from wholesale through to supermarkets, catering companies and restaurants.
The team at West Coast Meats are proud to be Halal certified and HACCP accredited.
We endeavour to supply high quality products at competitive prices for all of our customers, from whole lamb and mutton carcasses, quarters of beef, sliced and diced lamb,beef and goat and whole cuts.
We have been inspected, audited and approved by Merieux Nutrisciences.
